Upgrade-risk radar for teams running self-hosted vLLM inference in production

Production teams running vLLM upgrade every couple of weeks and have to manually read release notes to find breaking changes, some of which fail silently and only surface as degraded output or crashed pods. A tool that ingests releases, classifies breaking changes by blast radius, and runs compatibility checks against the team's own config and workload would remove that manual triage.
