Magellan ("we") provides a product-opportunity intelligence service at magellanai.top. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier, name and avatar URL.
- Product data: the opportunities you save (favorites) and basic usage needed to operate the service.
- Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Creem. We receive your subscription status, a Creem customer ID and billing period — we never receive or store your card number.
- Technical data: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
- To operate your account, save your favorites, and determine whether your subscription is active.
- To send sign-in codes and essential service emails.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Where it is stored
- Application data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and served through Cloudflare Workers.
- Subscription and billing records are held by Creem as merchant of record. Google authentication is handled by Google.
Your rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@magellanai.top. Deleting your account removes your account data and favorites.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal.
Third parties
- Creem (payments), Google (optional sign-in), and Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure). We do not sell your personal data.
