Magellan subscriptions are handled by Creem. If Magellan isn't useful to you, we'd rather you get your money back than feel locked in.
7-day refund window
If you subscribe to Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked, no explanation needed.
Just email us from the address you used to subscribe and we'll process the refund.
After the window
After 7 days, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period and aren't refundable on a pro-rata basis. You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again.
How to cancel or refund
Refunds: email us and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Cancels: use the cancel link in your receipt from Creem, or email us and we'll help.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank directly, please let us know first — we can usually resolve it faster and more kindly than a chargeback process.
