These terms govern your use of Magellan at magellanai.top. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
- Magellan surfaces product-opportunity signals extracted from public discussions. Signals, scores and summaries are AI-generated and provided for information only — they are not advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy or commercial outcome.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and billing
- Magellan Pro is $5.90 per month, billed in advance through Creem, our merchant of record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
Refunds
- Because the service provides immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape at scale, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the subscription limits or rate limits of the service.
Intellectual property
- The service, its software and its compiled data are ours. Underlying public discussions remain the property of their respective authors.
Disclaimer and liability
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Termination
- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
