A risk-preview approval layer for AI coding agents that shows what a command will really do before you approve it

Developers supervising Codex/Claude Code style agents burn out approving request after request, then give up and switch on auto-approve or yolo mode. The missing piece is not more approvals but faster, better-informed ones: a tool that translates each pending agent request into its actual consequence and lets the user pre-commit low-risk classes to auto-approval.
