A review console for developers running multiple parallel coding agents

Developers who run several coding agents at once end up drowning in output: markdown files, screenshots that only capture part of a flow, and stale branches. They cannot keep up with reviewing and giving feedback, and they fall back on asking an agent to re-summarize old transcripts. A dedicated review surface that collects each agent's changes and artifacts into one inspectable queue would solve this.
