Auto-generated compact repo maps for AI coding agents working on legacy codebases

Teams pointing coding agents at large legacy repositories watch the agent burn its first turns on ls, grep and file-by-file wandering, wasting context and money before any real edit happens. A tool that pre-computes a token-budgeted project map (structure, entry points, hot files, recent churn) and injects it as the agent's starting context would fix this.
