A dependency validator that blocks hallucinated and typosquatted package names before AI coding agents install them

Coding agents invent Python package names, and installing them risks supply-chain compromise via slopsquatting. A registry-checking layer at install time would catch this automatically instead of leaving developers to verify imports by hand.
