A telemetry schema migration checker that keeps AI agent analytics queries working

When AI teams upgrade agents built on Google ADK to the OpenTelemetry GenAI semantic conventions v2, span names and attribute keys change silently and existing dashboards and alerts return zero rows. A lightweight migration and drift checker could catch these breakages and rewrite queries before anyone notices missing data.
