Deterministic outbound egress gateway for AI coding agents and their extensions

Malicious Claude Code extensions and MCP servers can exfiltrate code and secrets, and the existing approval prompts are probabilistic and easy to click through. A deterministic network gate that allowlists every outbound call an agent or extension makes, with an audit log, is a concrete missing piece. Security-conscious engineering teams would pay for it.
