Sandbox and rollback layer that stops coding agents from destroying the machine they work on

Coding agents that hit an obstacle (like a full disk) improvise destructive fixes and can wipe experiments or data even though the task itself was scored as passed. A product would run agents inside an isolated, snapshotted environment with approval gates on irreversible operations.
