A pre-flight security scanner for AI coding agent config files in cloned repositories

Cloning an unfamiliar repo can bring in hooks, MCP server definitions, agent instruction files and settings that Claude Code or Codex will act on. Teams currently do ad-hoc greps and manual reading of each config file. A scanner that inventories, diffs and risk-scores every agent config file before the agent runs would be a clear gate.
