Budget-capped AI issue-fixing agent for OSS maintainers

Open-source maintainers and small teams want autonomous coding agents to fix GitHub issues, but existing demos are one-off sessions with no queue, spend limits, or trustworthy test report. A hosted agent could run issues in the background, enforce compute and token budgets, run tests, and publish a clear pass/fail diff.
