A gateway that lazily loads and searches MCP tool schemas for AI agents

Teams wiring many MCP servers into an agent dump every tool schema into the prompt on every call, inflating input tokens and cost. A proxy that indexes tool definitions and injects only the few relevant ones per request would cut token spend dramatically without changing the agent.
