Vendor-independent audit trail for AI coding agents

Teams that rely on vendor-emitted safety telemetry to prove what a coding agent did discover the events can vanish without notice: Claude Code shipped a safety event and stopped sending it six days later. A tool that reconstructs the audit trail from repo state and local hooks instead of vendor telemetry would keep compliance checks alive.
