Token-spend profiler and status-summary proxy for Claude Code background agents

Claude Code's agent_summary feature re-sends a background agent's entire transcript every 30 seconds just to generate a 3-5 word status label, quietly inflating token bills on long sessions. A lightweight local layer that generates these short status lines without re-uploading the full transcript, plus per-feature token attribution, would cut spend and make the cost visible.
