Handoff middleware that reliably stops a WhatsApp AI bot and escalates to a human

Building a WhatsApp LLM bot is quick, but making it correctly stop, hand off and stay silent when a human takes over is where projects break. A drop-in handoff/guardrail layer with state tracking, escalation rules and human takeover could be sold to agencies and small support teams shipping these bots.
