A branch-stacking orchestrator for developers running parallel AI coding agents.

When two tasks depend on each other, a UI task cannot start until the API task exists, so developers manually start agent B from agent A's branch, resync after review, and rebase both with --update-refs to land them in order. A tool that owns this dependency chain end to end would remove most of the git babysitting from multi-agent work.
