A coordination and conflict guard for teams running several coding agents on one repo

Teams now run multiple coding agents in parallel on the same codebase, and the agents overwrite or redo each other's work because their plans drift and go stale. A lightweight layer that records each agent's intended changes, detects conflicting or outdated plans before edits land, and forces a re-check would prevent hours of manual merge cleanup.
